It seems like Evemon is getting different information than it expects when parsing the character XML. This may be cause by CCP changing the XML format, or them not getting delivered/formatted properly with all the server troubles lately.

One thing to keep in mind when complaining about Queues is that the count in a single system doesn't affect the queue. System share a node with other systems. If all those COMBINED make the load too high on the node then you enter a queue.
